IPDCC in collaboration with ECS Department offered 4-week internship program on IoT-based Product Development, from June 3rd to June 29th, 2024 in Lab 209 from 10:15 AM to 2:00 PM. Prof. Santosh Kamble, Prof. Manjusha Kulkarni and Prof. Anita Nalawade were the speakers for this event.
During a 4-week internship in IoT product development, students focused on using Arduino Nano, ESP32, and ESP32-CAM microcontrollers along with 3D printing technology. Students gained hands-on experience in integrating sensors and actuators, developing embedded software, and transmitting data to cloud platforms. Students successfully completed a project involving a
smart device with real-time data visualization. This experience enhanced students’ development skills in IoT hardware, software development, and prototyping using 3D printing.
The project was presented at the exhibition on 6 th July, where it was evaluated by Prof. Sarode.
