"Project Competition" on 12th April 2023.
Who can participate: BE Final year students of Information Technology Department

General Instructions for Project Competition: –
- BE project groups should present their project work through poster &
Demo. - Project work should be printed on A1 banner format, refer the shared
template. - Project guide name should not be included on Poster.
- Project presentation copy should be name as project title.
- Last date of registration 11 th April 2023, 12:00 PM.
- Poster should be approved from respective Project guide prior to printing.
Poster Preparation guidelines:
- Poster size is A1 paper size (), participants are expected to follow the
poster template. - All text, graphs and charts must be easily readable and labelled.
- Poster should have points mentioned in sample template, the space
provided under each sub section can be adjusted as per requirement. - Poster should cover key highlights of project.
- Project title should be in BOLD & Capital.
- Poster should be self explanatory.
- Poster size should be A1 paper size (width=84.1 cm, height=59.5 cm).
- PowerPoint or equivalent Software can be for poster preparation.
- Poster should be printed 1 day prior to date of competition, Poster should
be placed to designated location (will be assigned on date of
competition)
