In due compliance of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal), Act 2013 and the University Grants Commission (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015 and the guidelines issued by the University of Mumbai, in order to deal with and to investigate into any complaints related to sexual harassment of Women Employees and Students, in the College, the Management has re-constituted an Internal Committee comprising:

The objective of this legislation is to provide protection to women employees and students against sexual harassment at the College and for the redressal of complaints in this regards.
Accordingly, any aggrieved women employee and/or student may make, in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment at the College to any of the Member/s of the Internal Complaints Committee, within a period of three months from the date of the incident and in case of series of incidents, within a period of three months from the date of the last incident. The Internal Committee will then investigate into the complaint as per the provisions of University Grants Commission ( Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015.
