3. Enclose Copies of the following certificates: (strictly attach the copies in the following order)
   • UG and PG Degree Passing Certificate with Mark sheets.
   • Valid University of Mumbai PET Score Card/GATE Score Card/NET, etc.
   • Certificate of Proof of Indian Nationality.
   • Leaving Certificate
   • NOC Certificate from current Employer (If Applicable)
4. Interested candidates should fill out the application form, attach copies of the relevant certificates, and mail it to phdadmission@sakec.ac.in with the subject name YourName_ApplicationForPhd_FH2025  before the deadline mentioned in the advertisement.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisted Candidates must prepare a Short research proposal (Not more than 4 pages word Document) and present PPT in front of the Interview panel.
2. Selected Candidates need to do the following formalities
3. PhD fee (DD{in favour of “Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College )
4. Master of Engineering/Equivalent mark sheet and degree certificate
5. Bachelor of Engineering/Equivalent mark sheet and degree certificate
6. Hard copy of Short research proposal (5-10 pages Word document)
7. Passport Size Photographs – 4 copies
8. The original last leaving certificate and its attested Xerox copy are attached.
9. If a Master of Engineering is completed from a university other than the University of Mumbai, the research center will ask for eligibility and migration certificates.
10. Four attested Xerox copies of the marriage certificate in case the name changes after marriage.
