The students of First Year (FY) and Second Year (SY) from the Department of Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) in association with IESA Student Chapter recently participated in an industrial visit to the prestigious Nanofabrication Lab at IIT Bombay on 18th January 2025. Accompanied by Prof. Smitha Anup and Prof. Heemali Patil, the visit offered an invaluable opportunity to explore cutting-edge research and state-of-the-art technologies in nanotechnology and microfabrication. Students observed advanced tools such as Electron Beam Lithography and Thin Film Deposition systems, gaining practical insights into the real-world applications of their academic studies. The interactive session with researchers further enriched their understanding, making it an inspiring and educational experience.
