About us
Kalavrunda – SAKEC Artist Club aims to cultivate creativity and artistic expression within the technical environment of an engineering college. It provides a platform for students and faculty to explore diverse art forms, enhance their creative thinking, and balance technical rigor with artistic passion. The club encourages collaboration across diverse art forms, organizes workshops, exhibitions, and competitions, and promotes artistic expression through various engaging events. By nurturing talent and inspiring innovation, Kalavrunda strives to make art an integral part of campus culture while supporting personal and artistic growth.
Objective
- To provide a supportive environment where members can freely explore and express their creativity through various art forms, allowing each individual to develop their unique artistic voice.
- To encourage members to explore and appreciate different art forms, styles, and broadening their understanding of the art world and its role in society and culture.
- To host hands-on workshops, guest lectures, and skill-building sessions that allow members to learn new techniques and gain inspiration from professionals and peers in the art community.
