Event Name: AI Verse
Event Description:
CSI-SAKEC, in collaboration with the Computer Engineering Department and SAKEC-
IIC 7.0, is organizing an event on “AI Verse” — an exclusive session on Perplexity AI
(COMET), the next-generation Agentic AI Browser that’s redefining how students
research, learn, and create.
The event will explore how this innovative AI platform can enhance productivity, simplify
academic work, and unlock smarter learning experiences.
Objectives of the Event:
• To demonstrate how Perplexity AI (COMET) can assist in efficient academic research
and content generation.
• To help students learn intelligent information retrieval using agentic AI for deeper
understanding and critical thinking.
• To showcase how COMET can simplify project workflows, automate repetitive
research tasks, and improve collaboration.
• To encourage creative problem-solving and innovation through the integration of AI in
learning and real-world applications.
