Keshavjibhai Chhadva Chairman of Mahavir Education Trust, Speaker and Chief Guest Ms. Manisha Mehta of SSRDP, Principal Dr. Bhavesh Patel, Vice Principal Dr. Vinit Kotak, Prof. T.P.Vinutha I/c HOD of Electronics and Telecommunication Department, Prof. Uday Bhave I/c HOD of Computer Engineering Department and Prof. Milind Khairnar In-charge of E-Cell.E-Cell promotes the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst students with creative ideas and creates awareness about the working of the organization.

Access to Employability [Batch -1]
SAKEC Entrepreneurship cell (E-cell) has organized a unique Workshop Access to Employability in collaboration with SSRDP through AICTE. It is a proud moment for SAKEC as our 800 students have got this opportunity to be part of this rigorous training. First Batch of this 3 day Comprehensive Program was conducted for Final Year students of Computer Engineering Branch from 6th September to 9th September 2017, 8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M by Ms. Manisha Mehta, a Professional Trainer from SSRDP. The areas focused were sustainable, integrated development and improving the employability of the students and to encourage internship, entrepreneurship. The training comprised a combination of different Life Skills. Developing and improving Interview skills, Presentation skills, Resume building skills, Communication skills, Team working & Bonding were the major key areas addressed by the speaker. The batch had conducted Group Discussions and Personal Interview sessions. Creating a video resume was an interesting exercise executed by the students. At the end of 3-Days session, the YesPlus program was conducted by Mr. Rashmin Pulekar, Ms. Dhara Shah and Ms. Manisha Shah to teach students how to thrive in life and lead with clarity of mind, resilience, purpose and belongingness.

Access to Employability [Batch -2]
SAKEC E-cell (Entrepreneurship cell) has organized a unique Workshop A2E (Access to Employability) in collaboration with SSRDP through AICTE. An enthusiastic professional Trainer from SSRDP, Ms. Manisha Mehta had conducted the Second Batch of this 3 day Comprehensive Program for Final Year students of Information Technology and Electronics and Telecommunication Branch. It was conducted from 10th September to 12th September 2017, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The overall goal of the training workshop was to improve the employability of the students and to encourage internship, entrepreneurship. Additionally, the training gave insight in developing and improving Interview skills, Presentation skills, Resume building skills, Communication skills, Team working & Bonding. At the end of 3-Day’s session, the YesPlus program was conducted by Mr. Rashmin Pulekar, Ms. Dhara Shah and Ms. Manisha Shah to teach students how to thrive in life and lead with clarity of mind, resilience, purpose, and belongingness.

An enthusiastic professional Trainer from SSRDP Ms. Hansa Joshi conducted interactive sessions to develop and improve Interview skills, Presentation skills, Resume building skills, Communication skills, Team working & Bonding among the students.In 3-Day’s session, YesPlus program was also conducted by Mr. Sourav Ghosh, Ms. Dhara Shah from Art of Leaving Foundation to teach students how to thrive in life and lead with clarity of mind, resilience, purpose, and belongingness. The valedictory function was graced by Hon’ble Shri. Keshavjibhai Chhadva, Chairman of Mahavir Education Trust, Mr. Navinbhai Shah, Managing Trustee, Principal Dr. Bhavesh Patel, Vice Principal Dr. Vinit Kotak and Mr. Milind Khairnar, E-Cell Incharge.

SAKEC-ECELL has recently celebrated a huge success of first Mega event on 29th September 2017. E-CELL has organized a unique Workshop “A2E (Access to Employability)” in collaboration with SSRDP through AICTE from 6th September 2017 to 15th September 2017. E-Cell appreciated organizing student team, Committee Members and volunteers of the event for their extremely hard work and absolute dedication. Principal Dr. Bhavesh Patel was present to encourage our Student Team. Also, Appreciation Letter was given to Student and Staff Volunteers for their absolute dedication.

SAKEC E-CELL had organized National Level Leadership Challenge- Hunar –Level 1 to aspire and nurture leadership skills in young minds on 3rd November 2017 for Final Year Graduation Students. The online test followed by Group Discussion was conducted for the selection procedure. Meet The Entrepreneur
SAKEC E-CELL has organized an interactive talk “Meet The Entrepreneur” on 13th October 2017. The aim of the session was about how to start a business and become an entrepreneur. Mr. Yash Sheth and Mr. Ankit Jain, our own alumni began the session by enriching the students about their stupendous journey and mind-boggling experiences and achievements. They have also clarified various myths regarding Startups. The students were also informed about how to go about with the monetary part. Later on, the platform was thrown open to all the curious minds for clearing all the doubts. The session included a small motivational video shown to the students later.

Barclays Visit
SAKEC E-CELL had organized One Day Interactive Training session in association with BARCLAYS on Soft Skills Training at BARCLAYS India, Goregaon. The session was conducted in different batches for over 84 of our Final Year Students in the month of September-October 2017. The session was to train the students about the real world scenario of how to communicate with people in a corporate sector, how to respond well in an interview and how to represent oneself in front of others as a professional. Our Faculties Mr. Arun Saklani, Ms. Shrungashree Chowdhari, Mr. Milind Khairnar, and Mr. Jagdish Sarode accompanied different batches during the visit.

Intern with Google
Google is hiring interns for its prestigious summer internship program on Internshala. These internships are open for 3rd-year (pre-final) Computer Engineering and Information Technology students. The last date to apply is 26th December 2017. The duration of Google summer internship program is 8-12 weeks between April – July 2018. It will involve 1-2 weeks of deep-diving and understanding the ecosystem, 1-2 weeks of granular problem definition, and remaining 4-6 weeks of solution recommendation. You will be mentored by a seasoned Googler all through the project timeframe. Click to register

Digital Marketing– The 21st Century Skill
SAKEC E-CELL organized an interactive session on “Digital Marketing– The 21st Century Skill.” on 25th January 2018, to provide a definitive guide to creating strategic, targeted & measurable online campaigns. This session was conducted by Mr. Andrew Geddie – Senior Facilitator at Regenesys, Mr. Vishal Sharma – Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Mr. Koushik Khanra – Sales Manager at Regenesys. The session began with interactive games which gave the student idea about marketing and sales. These activities were for the staff and the students alike. Later, a brief introduction to the company, Regenesys, was given by Mr. Vishal Sharma. Finally, the platform was thrown open to all the enthusiastic personalities to clear all their doubts and network with the guests. All in all the event was very knowledgeable and made the students clear about the subject matter.
