SAKEC Idea Lab presents

 “Training for School Learners”

Day 1: 26/05/2025 – Introduction to Electronics

Mr. Amol Yadav introduced students to basic electronic components such as resistors, LEDs, switches, breadboards, and connecting wires. Students explored the role and application of each component through hands-on activities. Mrs. Amisha Bhoir supervised the session and provided each student with physical components for interactive learning, reinforcing theoretical concepts with practical understanding.

Day 2: 27/05/2025 – Advanced Circuits & Basic Robotics

On Day 2, Mrs. Amisha Bhoir taught students about series and parallel circuits, and demonstrated LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) and IR (Infrared) sensor applications. Mr. Amol Yadav introduced fundamental robotics concepts, guiding students through the initial assembly of simple robotic structures using motors and gears.

Day 3: 28/05/2025 – IR Sensors & Object-Avoiding Robots

Mr. Amol Yadav explained the working principles of IR sensors and their use in obstacle detection. Students constructed object-avoiding robots integrating IR sensors with their robot chassis. Under the supervision of Mrs. Amisha Bhoir, students tested various robot movements including forward, backward, and turning actions.

Day 4: 29/05/2025 – Light-Following and Light-Avoiding Robots

Students explored advanced robot behaviors under the guidance of Mr. Amol Yadav. They learned about differential motor control for precise directional movements. Mrs. Amisha Bhoir led the practical sessions on building light-following and light-avoiding robots using strategically placed and calibrated LDR sensors.

Day 5: 30/05/2025 – Circuit Simulation & CAD

Mrs. Amisha Bhoir introduced students to Tinkercad for 3D design and circuit simulation. Students simulated circuits virtually and explored LED control using Arduino. Mr. Amol Yadav demonstrated the use of RGB LEDs and LED blinking sequences. Students also practiced 3D printing techniques and laser cutting, and began working on their individual projects.

Day 6: 31/05/2025 – Valedictory Function

The final day featured student project presentations, where participants showcased their electronic and robotic creations. They demonstrated their understanding and explained their design decisions. A certificate distribution ceremony followed, recognizing each student’s successful completion of the program.
