In order to obtain the Transfer Certificate students are advised to personally visit the student section in the admin office with the following documents:

  • Application Letter
  • Semester 7 and Semester 8 Mark
  • Original Leaving Certificate
  • College Fees Receipt {Note: In Case students opting for Higher Studies, they are supposed to submit the Higher education institutes fees receipt}
  • A fee payment of 100/- is to be made as processing fee.

 

What is a transfer certificate and why do students need it?

A transfer certificate is an official document issued by a college, when a student intends to leave the institution and join another. It serves as proof of your enrollment, academic record, and conduct during your time at the college.

When should I apply for a transfer certificate?

You should apply for a transfer certificate when you intend to leave your current college and enrol in another institution. This might happen due to relocation, change of program, or other reasons.

How do I request a transfer certificate from my college?

Is there a fee associated with obtaining a transfer certificate?

A fee payment of Rs. 100/- is to be made online as processing fee.

 

How long does it take to receive a transfer certificate?

It takes around a period of 15 days from the day of submission of documents.
