Job Description
Business Development – Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities
1. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients and client information
2. Prospecting new customers via phone, email, and social media
3. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
4. Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
5. Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for marketing programs
6. Executing the said ideas to drive up sales.
Market research
1. Analyze and interpret marketing and website data to provide meaningful insights to the Product
development team and leadership team
2. Research and explore new opportunities and create customer centric strategies for marketing
3. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Customer engagement
1. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
2. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
3. Providing status updates to key stakeholders, product team, and leadership team
4. Coordinate and support development of content for customer engagements
5. Understand customer needs and assist the Product department to develop a Product Market Fit
Social Media Engagement Strategies1. Develop and execute social media strategies including creating and adding content onto social
media websites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
2. Create content and conceptualize website design ideas that are simple and user friendly for our
website
3. Leverage customer insight data to refine digital content
Required competencies
● Enthusiastic, Creative and flexible
● Passionate about the business and marketing side of Information Technology
● Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
● Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
● Professional with work ethics
Skills
● Strong communication skills both written and verbal
● Knowledge of typical business software applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, and
presentation graphics.
● Experienced social media user
● Completed Any Degree

● are willing to travel and do 100% field work
● Salary is 3 LPA – CTC 25,000 INR in hand 21,200 INR
● Selected candidates to sign a 2-year employment contract with us. Bond is non negotiable. if
you break the bond you will have to return all the salary earned in total to us +2 lac rupees
training charges. No experience/relieving letter shall be provided.
