Desired Profiles:
1. Cluster Sales Manager:
a. Key responsibilities –
i. Acquire and onboard new clients especially MSME in the assigned territory
ii. Help clients procure metal products digitally
iii. Interact and develop relaƟonships with the decision makers and key stakeholders
iv. Key KRAs – No of New clients and GMV from the MSME business.
b. Skills Required –
i. Good inter-personal and sales skills
ii. Good technical knowledge in Metallurgy
iii. Fluent in speaking Hindi, Marathi, and English
c. Pre-requisites –
i. 0-2 years of experience in sales or Projects in Metallurgy preferred.
