Post: Incubation Manager
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or postgraduate in Design/ Business Administration/ Technology or related disciplines from a recognized national or international institution.
Work Experience Essential: An individual with impeccable track record having minimum 5 years of overall experience in the industry, start-up promoting organizations/ incubators/centres-of-excellence
Desirable Skills and Overall Profile:
The Manager will be required to give direction to the centre primarily towards establishing it as a key player in incubation/ acceleration space which includes establishing world class incubator(s), strategy to build, execute and scale incubation programs, outreach activities. Identifying and attracting suitable start-ups and entrepreneurs. Forge partnership with academia, industry, other existing incubators, and angel/seed funding institutions in India and abroad for the start-ups to leverage.
