- Download the Leaving Certificate Application Form from the following website: https://sakec.ac.in/downloads/
- Students are supposed to manually fill out the form by taking out the print of
- They are expected to have all the signatures mentioned in the form from the respective
- A photocopy of Cancelled Cheque / Bank Passbooks 1st page
- All Mark sheets from semester 1 to semester 8
- {Semester 8-mark sheet not available then Gazette issued by Mumbai University is to be submitted}
- Diploma Students/as well as current students are supposed to submit the Leaving Certificate of their previous college in addition to the above-mentioned
- In Case the student has a change in name or has changed in his name then he/she is supposed to submit the proof of that i.e a Gazette signed by the Registrar or any Legal Official Document stating the new
