On 11th April 2025, Shah & Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College organized an industrial visit to Prismtech Technologies, Mahape, via the ECS Department IEI-SAKEC Student Chapter A total of 41 students from ECS, CS, AIDS, ACT, and EXTC departments participated. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to modern manufacturing and smart automation systems. Students toured advanced machinery including Flow Wrap, VFFS, Blister Packing, and Bottle Filling Lines. Technologies like PLCs, HMIs, and various sensors were demonstrated. Students learned about SLAM-based 3D mapping and Cognex barcode systems. The integration of AI and automation in real-world production was a key highlight. An interactive session with Prismtech engineers offered career and industry insights. Prof. Manjusha Kulkarni and Prof. Anita Nalawade coordinated the successful visit.
