On January 31st, 2026, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, in collaboration with the Cogniscience Club and CSI-SAKEC, successfully hosted a workshop titled “Building Applications Using Agentic AI“. Attended by 100 participants, the event was designed to introduce students to the emerging field of autonomous AI systems capable of advanced planning and reasoning.

The program featured insightful sessions from guest speakers Mr. Aniket Bachhas, who covered the fundamental principles and future potential of Agentic AI, and Mr. Manav Rupani, who led a hands-on practical session using tools like n8n AI and arXiv. The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A session and the presentation of letters of appreciation to the speakers, marking a significant step forward in the institution’s commitment to exploring advanced artificial intelligence paradigms.
