Job Title : Trainee Sales Engineer

Reports to : Business Manager
Key Responsibilities: The employee will be responsible for generating supporting customer applications needs and supporting pre and post project activities. The job profile requires travel to customer sites, events and exhibitions.
Develop deep understanding of each application.
Develops and manages application/sales pipelines with prospective clients.
Lead outbound sales activities with existing and potential clients.
Own the customer process from initial identification through final project closing.
Present demos and pitch solutions during in-person visits, and follow up after meetings.
Review sales leads and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals
Ensure meeting or exceeding sales objectives and budgets
Build and ensure strong customer relationships.
Good level of communication skills – verbal and written.
Educational qualification:
- Mechanical / Electrical engineering diploma / degree
Experience:
- Fresher
Please Note:
- You will be taken as Trainee for one year and then based on your performance review, you will be absorbed as confirmed employee in the organization.
- We will be paying you a fix amount of Rs. 20,000 per month and after getting absorbed as full-time employee with us, your CTC will move up to 3.30 Lakh per annum.
- You will also be eligible for all the holiday benefits during your trainee period as per policy.
- After absorption as full-time employee, apart for CTC, you will also be eligible for all the holiday benefits, Leaves and insurance coverage.
