A Skill Development Program on Drone Technology and Drone Simulation was conducted for ECS Faculty and students by Industry Expert Mr. Kunal Khandelwal, Sr. Application Engineer – MathWorks, DesignTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. on 24/01/2026 and 6/2/2026.
The program aimed to provide faculty and students with fundamental knowledge of drone systems, their components, working principles, applications, and simulation techniques. Participants were introduced to various types of drones, flight control mechanisms, sensors, communication systems, and safety regulations. The program enhanced participants’ technical skills and practical understanding of emerging drone technologies, preparing them for future opportunities in unmanned aerial systems, automation, surveillance, agriculture, mapping, and related fields.
The program received active participation from the faculty and students and contributed significantly to their skill enhancement in the rapidly growing field of drone technology.
