EXTC Achievements

SAKEC congratulates Mr. Rohit Gupta, BE Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (2019-20) and his guide Prof. Shridhar R. Sahu for qualifying second round of evaluation in National Innovation Contest 2020 organised by MoE’s Innovation Cell and being qualified for next stage of financial assessment. The project submitted by them was “Eye Controlled Wheelchair Using Raspberry Pi”.

The students participated in it in April 2020 and and have reached upto this point by competing with 1500+ teams on national level.

Ashish Shetty stood First Place in 25th EURO-ASIA International WFSKO OPEN KARATE Championship and in 30th National/International WFSKO OPEN KARATE Championship organized by World FUNAKOSHI SHOTOKAN KARATE ORGANIZATION on February 2020 and September 2019 Respectively

Ashish Shetty stood First Place in KATA and second place in KUMITE in International KARATE Championship “Dubai Budokon Cup 2019” on April 2019

Ashish Shetty stood First Place in KATA and third place in KUMITE in 8th INDO-SRILANKA KARATE Championship on October 2018

National level technical project poster competition “Technovation 2.0” was conducted by the ISF (IETE students forum of E&TC dept, SCOE) on 9th April, 2020.
In that B.E. Project Group of Mr. Shashank Chavan, Mr. Vidyesh Bondre and Mr. Kiran Yadav Project titled “Smart Pothole detection System using IoT” stood at second position.
In this competition many students from different colleges (including SCOE students) participated, due to lockdown this event was conducted Online.

IETE Innovation Meet(IIM)-2019 project competition was conducted on October 22, 2019 at Shah & Anchor Kutchhi Engg. College where more than 60 student/ researcher exhibited their work / ideas. The event was judged by the eminent persons from industry and academics, Mr. J R Nikahade and Mr. Karnani. Project titled “Smart Pothole detection System using IoT” by Vidyesh Bondre, Shashank Chavan, Kiran Yadav and Meet Dave got 3rd prize.
